hello fellow patriots. i'm new, but glad to find this site. with the thret of communism knocking on our door, i never thought that i would be thinking of hanging my flag upsidedown. anyway i'm just starting this and look forward to being on more often.

Threat of communism? Oh, give me a break. you are just mad because your guy didn't win the election this time. Sorry, but that's the way democracy works. If you want to dishonor your country's flag by flying it upside down, go ahead, but don't prentend that you are doing anything patriotic.

Hi, 45Cal. Welcome to the forum. I view the flag as a symbol of the nation, regardless of politics. I think most of us here are members who hold the symbol of the flag as representive of the republic for which it stands. It is blind, in my eyes, to race, creed or political affiliation and is a passion for those of us who collect and display them and wish to share that passion with others on this forum.

The great thing about the American Flag is that it is non partisan. It stands for one nation, under God.
I'm sure many of us would disagree on political views, religious views etc. But what brings us together on this column is the Flag of the United States of America. You'll find lots of great reading, please browse around. It will bless you to read your fellow patriots have to say.
