    Default 48 Star Flag U.s Ensign 7 help with Id & value

    Hi again trying to figure out how to post pictures for everyone so maybe i will know some history on this flag.. it is rough feeling material has sewn stars and no grometts.... it measures about 6 ft x 9 ft... any info would be most helpful thank you..

    It sounds like you have a naval ensign made of wool bunting with cotton stars. As you can imagine quite a few of these were made during the WWII era so it is more than likely you have one from that period. But it is always possible it could be from the WWI era but not before 1912.
