    Question 48 state valley forge flag

    I Have A 48 State Valley Forge Flag Made Of Cotton And Is 58'x116',i Know That It Was Made Between 1912-1959 But I Am Wanting To Know Where This Size Flag Would Have Been Flown At. I Know Valley Forge Issued It, It Has A Tag On It. The Valley Forge Company Was No Help At All. If Anyone Has Any Answers Or Knows Where I Can Find Out The Answers Please Reply. Thanks.

    I suspect it was either used for a government building or for a burial flag. In either case, 48 star flags from a good manufacturer like Vally Forge are getting rarer and increasing in value. Store it well and check prices on FeeBay.
