9-11 Flag
Hello, I am new at this and hope you can help me. I am in charge of the Flag program at an HOA in Calif throught our Veterans program for the last 5 years. We have been asked to fly a flag that is a special flag with the word on it that say "10 year anaiversary 2001 to 2011 we will always remember"
We fly the American Flag with the MIA on one pole, one pole has the California Flag and one pole has the service flag of the Army, Navy, Marines or what ever it is for the 2 months that we fly it. We feel that we can not fly this kind of flag below the American Flag and we are not sure if there is a proticol for where exactly the this flag can fly. Some have suggested that we fly it below the Marine Flag that will be up on the weekend of 9-11. We have thought that we would fly it on its own 8 ft pole in the club house.
IS there any suggestions or is there a rule. I have researched and can find nothing. Please give me some ideas.

Re: 9-11 Flag
This is not exactly what you are asking for but you may try this flag which has gain popularity across the nation. The designer of the flag's son was killed in Iraq. Honor & Remember
