American Flag with State and City Flag...

Thank you for any help you can supply.

Default 3 Flag Display

To make your display, you need 3 separate poles. When facing your building, the pole on the right should be taller than the poles on the left and the middle pole should be taller than the pole on the left. The American flag should be on the pole to the far right and not in the center. The middle pole should bear the flag of your state and the pole on the left should be your city flag. Also, remember that no flag in the display should be larger than the American Flag. They may be of equal size but not bigger. When presenting the flags, the American Flag should be raised first and lowered last; the state flag should be raised and lowered second; and the city flag should be raised last and lowered first. It is a common mistake to place the American Flag in the center of a display but if more than one flag is displayed in a line fashion, the American Flag should ALWAYS be to the far right of all others.
