 American flags as Presidential backdrop? Something doesn't seem right when President Obama appears on TV with multiple American flags (on flag staffs) behind him. Didn't think they were for decoration... Seems to diminish the flag(s). Is this okay, or should someone say something.

| Re: American flags as Presidential backdrop? To me, the flag is a symbol of our country. having 6 such 'symbols' as a backdrop diminishes its value in my mind. But if there isn't anything in the flag code about it, guess it is just a matter of taste.
