    To George

The American Flag represents the Constitution. So if you are saying that we have the right to burn the American Flag, then your also saying that we have the right to burn the Constitution. Which,in turn, is completely going against what you are standing by in your argument with American21. And you can quote me on what i said because as a lawyer of the United States of America, the Constitution represents the US; the Flag represents the Constitution and also represents the US. So wherever you may be getting your information.... it lacks the facts of how our country works.

So, this guy is both a lawyer and a General? Scary! Whatever he is, he's kind of weak on logic.

Yes, but not unconstitutional. There are many things that are wrong, yet protected by the constitution. Slavery was even constitutional until 1865. It took a civil war to straighten out that mess.
