This piece was surprisingly good -- they must have been reading our forum posts! I only noticed one actual error:
The only other exception [to other flags being flown above the US flag] involves church services performed by naval chaplains while at sea. In these instances, the church's flag may fly above the American flag during the service.
Of course, it's not "the church's flag" but the Navy church pennant.
