| Our Cub Scout Pack has been given a flag that previously flew above an Iraqi military installation. It was requested that we permanently display this flag in the office of our Chartered Organization school. We have a beautiful Oak triangle display case on which we will affix a brass plate. We are having trouble coming up with s fitting message to serve as edifice. The plate is only 1"x3" so our wordier entries won't work. Is there a standard procedure that would fit in a situation such as this? Thanks in advance.
