Default Displaying differant flags on a motorcycle

I want to display 3 flags on the back of a motorcycle. The American Flag, POW/MIA are 2 that I always will display. The third flag will be changed from time to time. Those flag are, State Flag, Armed Forces (Army or Air Force), American Legion Flag, and American Legion Riders Flag. With three in a row I put the American Flag in the center, it’s a large than the others. Now my question which flag goes on the left and right?
This is how I have been doing it below from left to right looking at the rear:

POW/MIA – American Flag – State, Armed Force, American Legion, Legion Riders
    Thanks for your help.

Greetings, Stanfran! Welcome to the forum.

The arrangement that you describe sounds fine. If the US flag were the same size as the others, and at the same height, it would go to the right of the other two. However, since it's larger it makes sense to put it in the middle. There are no civilian rules that govern the POW-MIA flag; however, military regs provide that it is last in the order of precendence, behind state and organizational flags. You've put the state/organizational flags on the right and the POW-MIA flag on the left, which sounds correct.
