    I was wondering what the etiquette was with displaying the US Flag outside on 9/11. My question is in regards to rain, the information that came with the flag says it shouldn't be flown in rain, is today an exception?

    My question is on the length of day for half staff. We fly the flag 24 hours a day so when is the end of the half staff day. 24 hours after the lowering to half staff or sunset of the day of the proclamation?
