So, this past Independence Day, I went out and bought many small trinket flags (8"X 13") for the kids to run around with, and also to decorate with. Now, I have taken the flags down and am wondering if there is a special way to dispose of them. It seems so wrong just to throw them in the trash. Any suggestions? Oh, and now that I have read the flag ettiquette and rules, I won't be decorating with them again next year, but displaying one on the pole! Thank you in advance for your advice!
