| Hello from Cypress, Tx. : I am looking for some direction on who to contact to prevent a neighbor from disrespecting the American flag. Prior to the election, a neighbor flew her flag in a respectful manner. After the election, her flag have been flown upside down. The American flag represents more than an election. It symbolizes our freedom, dignity and democracy to list a few. I contact the HOA to send her a letter and they did not want to get involved. Can you help me to keep the flag flying in a respectable manner. PBourg
