Eary Annin Flag
A while back I was going thourgh South Boston, Virginia on my way to see my folks in North Carolina. I stopped off at one of Annin's facilities where they do most of their screen printing operations. Hoping they would allow me to tour the factory they allowed me to take pictures of one of their early flags hanging in the lobby instead. Cheers, mike

Re: Eary Annin Flag
Thanks for the pics. I find it very interesting that this 37-star flag from the 1860's to 1870's, from a major flagmaker, is entirely hand-sewn. Looks like mass-production didn't come to Annin until the late 19th C.
