| Hi all, I am going flag poling for the first time and am looking for some direction. I have been doing a little research and have more questions than answers. I have decided on a 20’ pole but am not sure what kind. I am looking to keep my budget under $500. If someone with flag pole knowledge has the time I would welcome your thoughts on the following. 1. What might my best option be, solid, sectioned aluminum, fiberglass, telescopic etc.? 2. What do you think about lighting, solar verses up-lighting or none? 3. Any brands better than others? I ran across a veteran’s pole that is 13ga. and only $200 4. Anything else to consider?
