| Hello. I am new to this forum. We are American citizens, retired, who spend 6-9 months a year in Mexico. May I display the US flag as well as the Mexican flag? Should they be the same size? Are they to be displayed at the same level? Gracias for your help. Mary Jane

| hi there Maria and welcome to the forum Quote:
Yes - the flags should be as near to being the same size as possible Yes - they shouldbe displayed on the same level In the US the US flag is positioned on its own right - with the other flag/s to its left example-a house with two flagpoes on either side of the porch - as you look at the house the US flag will appear left of the other flag in a HOST country- where you are sdisplaying the HOST flag this flag should gain tha position of honor to the right so as you look at your flags on your house in Mexico (example) the Mexican flag will appear on the left and the US flag on the right hope that helps any more questions plz ask away
