    Default Flag Flown At Half Staff

    I was at Camp Bullis, TX today and saw the flag flying at half staff. I lowered my flag at the house at half staff and when asked why, I couldn't give an answer. Can anyone tell me why it is lowered and how long it is ti remain lowered?

    The only story I could find for that date is the accidental death of a police officer in Hillary Clinton's motorcade (story). It could have been related to that.
    Anyway, don't forget to vote in the primary tomorrow.
