Default Flagpole Height for US Federal Building

I am trying to determine the appropriate flagpole height for a US Federal Building. The building is tall ~ 250ft+, and the plaza is large ~300ft long. My sense is that a 45-50ft flagpole with a 8'x12' flag is appropriate but I can't find anything in the Federal Regs on the topic - there is plenty on when and how to fly the flag, and what size for a given flagpole, but nothing on size of flagpole for various buildings.
I'm also be interested in flagpole and flag supplier recommendations if anybody has any - ideally somebody with a supply schedule contract. The base detail is slightly unusual - uses a bolted connection on a steel baseplate, which seems to be different from the usual embedded or sleeved detail - so I'm looking for a supplier who can help out in this regard.
Thanks
