Question Folded Flag in Case Protocall

My question is can the glass on a disply case of a folded flag be etched with a logo that obstructs the view of the flag?

Is there a percentage of the flag that can be obstructed?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. If there is a source reference to your answer, that would also be appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Apparently you don't have an answer to my question....

Understand....I am keenly aware of the purpose of encasing a flag in a display case.

The intent of a military logo on the glass is not to obstruct the flag but to provide a retiree with a momento for almost 40 years of service to one particular organization.

You will be pleased to know that prior to receiving your question, I decided to NOT obstruct the view of the flag. Insetead I made a label for the back of the case commemorating his years of service.
