GSA Federal Building, Baltimore Maryland
The Flag next door on the GSA Federal Building is in terrible shape.
I tried to attach a photograph, but was unable.
The Flag is torn and tattered, and the flag pole is rusted.
It flies 24/7, rain or shine, without lights.
To think a Federal Building would fly such a flag, in such a manner.
Who should I contact about this desecration?
The people at the GSA building are indifferent.
Contact me with an E-mail address, and I will forward the picture.

"The people at the GSA building are indifferent."
If you spoke to the guards who handle security at the building, I am not surprised. I recommend you contact the General Services Administration Region 3 office in Washington, DC. This page will link you to contact info for that Region office:
