    Question Half Mast in Winooski, VT 04/06/12

    Does anyone know why they are being flown at half mast and how long they will be at half mast since it is still there on Saturday? Could it be because of the brutal slaying of the teacher?

    Each state governor may declare a half-staffing for flags in his/her state. Check Vermont.gov and search for "half-staff."
