Half-Staff for Yeltsin

We are flying the Russian flag at half-staff today in memory of Boris Nikolayevich Yeltsin (1931-2007). He was a flawed man who made many mistakes, but history will remember him as the first elected president of a great nation, and the man who was instrumental in bringing the Soviet dictatorship to an end.
