Help needed for determining if flag is collectible
We purchased a 12 ft by 18ft American flag made by the Dettra Flag Co. This flag is made of Dura-lite nylon. The stars are appliqued. There doesn't appear to be any damage to the flag, but it is used. I have tried to include a few photos but they are to large, even after zipping them...
Thank you for your help!

Re: Help needed for determining if flag is collectible
Hi azmsmith,
First send me the photos at: emmalpass(at)yahoo(dot)com
I can prep the photos for the web and post them for you. Now, how many stars does this flag have? Appliqued stars are good but big is not necessarly better in flag collecting. Most collectors perfer smaller flags that can be displayed but there are always exceptions to the rule if there is any history attached to the flag. For example, the Star Spangle Banner. In any case once we post the pics we can further access your treasure.
Cheers,
Mike
