Hello Amy, and welcome to the USA flag site.

We appreciate our off-shore members as they give us a different perspective on our flag mania.

Do you live anywhere near Andover? My home town is North Andover, Massachusetts, which was the site of the original settlement(1646) of Andover in New England [the southern half of the town got overpopulated and the Great and General Court (fancy name for Legislature) of Massachusetts split the town in 1855 and gave the orignal name Andover to the newer part of town.]

Do you have an interest in flags? Do you display the Union Flag at your home?

    Nick

    Heyy,
I live in Newcastle,in the North East of England

Yeah,I have an interest in flags,I think they're great symbolism and freedom of expressing country pride, which, unfortunately, isn't seen much in the UK.
No,we don't fly our flag at home,or anywhere i've seen so far in England, which is a real shame.
