    Lightbulb How Do You Properly Dispose of a Soiled or Tattered American Flag?

    Also, Does anyone know where I can find a copy of The Boy Scouts Handbook, circa mid 1960s with the rules for respecting the American Flag? Can't find it online and I don't want to purchase one on e-Bay. Thanks.
