Default I'm new and I have a question?

Hello to you all. Introductions are due. My name is Vicki, I am a war veteran and a young widow. I have 2 children (young men) living at home. I love my country and I have such pride when I see our flag flying.

My question is this- I have a 48 star flag. It is a 4x8 ft. It is stamped with Bull Dog Bunting Delltras Flag Products. I have been asked to find out how much it is worth. Could someone please help me?

Thank you for your time and service. Vicki

Hello, Vicki, and welcome to the forum. 48 star flags were used for 47 years during the mid 20th Century (1912-1957) so they are not rare. Your cotton bunting flag would sell on eBay in the $15 to $65 range depending on condition and who happened to be bidding at the moment. Antique dealers would probably put a $50 to $100 price tag on it. If the flag has no particular sentimental value to you then you might want to donate it to a local school history teacher who would appreciate its value in teaching US History.
