Default Inferno140lm

I am a member of a motorcycle Club for firefighters only. We have been discussing the wearing of an American Flag Patch on our vests. The hang up we are having is since there are no sleeves on the vest, where should the American Flag be placed, on the left side over the heart ? Can anyone help with this ?

There really aren't any guidelines for this -- you can basically do whatever looks good. The "over the heart" position would certainly be appropriate. The usual convention is to have the flag horizontal, with the union to its own right (to the left of someone who is facing you).
