 Re: my complete flag collection o4/o4/o8 That's a great picture of an old US Customs flag. Again, note the arc of stars above the eagle. The modern version has the stars grouped in a "cloud" above the eagle. The article on the "civilian flag" is complete nonsense, of course. Many other countries do have separate civilian and military flags, but the USA does not. Peter Ansoff
