Need Help with Flag Display
Hello, I just joined this site and am hoping someone can guide me on the proper arrangement of flags at my workplace. We have 4 Sixty foot flag poles on both sides of the main entrance to our building and we would like to fly the US and six military flags for Memorial day. This is my thoughts on the proper display:
Nat. Guard - C.G. - A.F. - U.S. - ENTRANCE - U.S. - Army - M.C. - Navy
Last year I put them up with the U.S. flags at the far left and far right with the military flags arranged in the middle from left to right - Army, M.C., Navy, A.F., C.G., Nat. Guard. I was told that with the configuration of my flag poles that the U.S. flags should be to the immediate left and right of the entrance to the building. What are your thoughts on this??????

If all poles are the same height, then your arrangement with only one US flag to the far left is correct. There is no requirement to frame your entrance with USA flags - only one Stars and Stripes is needed.
