Default New flag at home

Well, a few things have happened at home this month. The most important or our purpose here is that we replaced the railing on the front porch as the original rail was getting to look pretty ugly with rust and all. This required a new flag bracket, and so I took the chance to change my secondary flagpole from 3/4" to the new standard 1", and I went with a second spinning pole (those things are great I tell you) with a plain ball finial so I can fly anything on it. Also last week Ohio experienced sustained 75mph+ winds, I was not home at the time, as you can guess I had to replace my United States Flag. So it's a new flag, new flag bracket on the secondary flag. In this case Zinzinnati is celebrating Oktoberfest this weekend, so the secondary staff is displaying the Bavarian flag.

wooohooo for you Coasterville!

You new railing and flagpole look really great!

I have moved house in the last month... not yet got any pole outside.. but im hoping to have a flagpole out there sometime in the future! - if it looks as good as yours I'll be very happy indeed!

I cant help feeling sorry for that poor old American flag lef to the marcy of the wind though!
