Hi Greengo and Robin!
Congrats on your new pole! You will be well pleased. We have only been a dealer for Sunsetter (topflight) for about 7 years. As you know they have a 5 year warranty. In seven years we have had 4 maybe 5 issues total. All of problems were the same thing where the spring in the quick release rusts and then they pop out. But they (we) will send you a new spring button free. A couple years ago they redesigned it with stainless springs and so far no more problems. It's a great pole made in America.
Enjoy your flagpole Greengo and thanks for flying the American Flag!

Thank you very much uncle flag. I got this pole for the simple reason that I can bring it in when the weather warants. I did my rearch online, and the Sunsetter, TopFlight flagpole seems to be be the best design for this type of pole. Sunsetter has a sale going on, so that is why I purchased from them. I just found this site a few days ago. The information here is unique.

I thank you all. Like I said before I will keep you posted as to my progress. When I get my camera repaired I will post some pictures.

Again thanks,

Greengo
