Hi Everyone,
I had a friend that told me a little about UCC1-308. This was somethin that really hit home for me as i am sick and tired of the BS going on inour country> still not to sure i full understand but would love to get as much information as i can on this. Any advice or direction on where to do some research would be nice. Looking forward to talking withh all of you soon. Being proud to be an America is something that i have bnoticed is falling through the cracks in this country. Please let me know anything that will help.

The "UCC" is the "Uniform Commercial Code". The UCC was established to uniformly codify "commercial" law governing commercial transactions amongst various juristictions (local, county, state, federal, etc.).


The UCC has absolutely NOTHING to do with political parties, or the government, or the courts, or state sovereignty, or even FLAGS (which is what this website is ALL about). It only applys to "COMMERCIAL LAW".

If your "friend" tells you anything different than that, then he/she/they are either simply mistaken, or have mistakenly fallen for another FALSE conspiracy theory, or they actually know better and they are "mistakenly" LYING.
