 odd 24 star flag !help! hia there this is one for you to get your teeth into especially u peter and NAVA !! ive seen this picture of this flag and it has raised questions in my head!  the flag seems to have been altered?? could it have been anything to do with the civil war?? the header is sewn half way through 2 stars that are also not in line with the other stars?? and a sewing line goin down the flag bot not straight line and cutting through more stars on its way?? also id like to know perhaps how roughly much this flag is worth?
