Robin,
Do you remember the company that made US flags from hemp? They actually made the flags according to the G-specs but it seems they are out of business. I have not been able to contact them. I really like the flag.

HOWDY!

I don't remember any particular company (by name) that made/makes hemp Flags and/or hemp fabric or clothing. I knew they were "out there" but I never took notice of them.

Assuming that you've tried all of the phone numbers, street addresses, and e-mail addresses listed on their website, have you tried contacting any of the websites, people, or events listed and/or linked to on their website? Maybe some of them might know what happened to the company and its owner/s, or maybe they might know where you might find one of those Flags?
(or maybe they have a friend who knows a guy whose ex-brother-in-law lived next door to someone who went to grade school with a girl whose dad was in jail with some fellow whose mama might have babysat for the family that shopped at the supermarket where the HEMP US FLAG creator worked as a bagboy for a couple of weeks back in October, 1989 or 1990...)
Some of the "Hemp In The News" stories are showing dates of 2001 and 2002, and the scroll down area shows items as new as September 24, 2005. BUT the link to the Seattle Hempfest goes to the 2010 event.
Have you tried to find the "proprietor" of the "HempUSFlag" website, Tim Castleman of Mesa, AZ?

If he was an "activist" then, maybe he's still an "activist" now? How about Facebook or MySpace?
Maybe the "Hemp Museum"? http://www.hempmuseum.org/
Maybe "Cannabis News"? http://cannabisnews.com/index.shtml
BTW : Have you tried "Who IS" to find out "who is" hempusflag.com, or maybe who owns and maintains the website???
http://www.networksolutions.com/whois-search/hempusflag.com
It looks like Tim Castleman is currently living in Sacramento, California.
GOOD LUCK !!!
