    Default Retiring of our FlaG

We have a large flag at our company parking lot. I am retired military and suggested to my boss that we retire our flag as it was getting worn and frayed. He thought it was a good idea, so tomorrow we are having an ROTC unit from a local high school to perform a ceremony for our beloved flag of our country. It is nice to know that there are young people anxious to prove there love for their country and flag. Long live the USA!

I have some american flags that are worn. I would like to dispose them. What is the proper way to dispose them with dignity?
