    I am the technical producer for a number of large conventions (largest 55,000+ attendees), and so responsible for a number of flag ceremonies. Thanks for this resource, and special thanks to Peter Ansoff, for help in redesigning a flag ceremony with U.S. and all state flags in a large arena. Sometimes there are no set rules, but it's important to know and apply the general principles to each situation.
