I know the title says 48 stars but it is really 46. I have an unusual 46 star coming up at auction and would like to know a little more about it. I found it in an old trunk in an estate I'm selling. The flag is about 33" X 57" (although it says it's 3 X 5'). Printed stars, sewn fields. Hand written on the edge says "First flag in Indian Cove 1913 LMC"
It has 6 rows of stars, The 2nd and 4th rows have 7 stars and the rest are 8 stars. Any information is appreciated.
