U. s. government publication of flag etiquette...

The American Legion has a five-page "booklet" (really just pages that can be printed out) that is the entirety of the U.S. Flag Code. You can download a PDF or Word document here.

I can't find a smaller government publication that includes the code, but I'm sure you could just print out the code on regular paper and distribute it as you like.
