| Can someone please let me know if it is alright to wash my American Flag in the Washing machine. If you could let me know as soon as possible I would like to display it for Memorial Day. Thanks kimscott@knology.net GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

| hi there - welcome to the site - how old is the flag and what material is it made from is there any damage to it - ie rips/tears/ frays? how big is the flag? what is wrong with it that it needs washing? what is on it?

| Sorry I missed answering this before Memorial Day Most Nylon and Polyester Flags can be machine washed with a mild detergent and hung to dry. Don't dry it in the machine. Cotton Flags can be washed in COLD water and lain flat to dry. Cotton will shrink if washed or dried HOT! JOhn ><>
