    There is an obvious spam thread in the history forum. I wish to notify the mods by posting here and also find out, for future reference, how and to whom one reports such things. What is the procedure?

    We wish we knew! Apparently, none of the administrators who set up this forum are still active. There's all kinds of spam and other junk that needs to be purged, but we haven't been able to contact anyone who can do it.
